The cabin has 6 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 3 living areas, within 3 floors.
The top floor has 2 bedrooms with 2 full beds in each room and one bathroom, also a children's reading nook.
The main floor consists of the living room, den, kitchen, master bedroom with a king size bed and bath make up the main floor. The kitchen is completely furnished along with the dining table. The cabin main floor has a porch running along three sides and share the view of the Rio Grande River with the lower level porch.
The basement has 3 bedrooms, the entertainment room, the washroom and a bath. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds and one has two bunk bed sets. The entertainment room has a foosball table, a futon sofa, and a TV and VCR set. The washroom is equipped with a washer and dryer and all linens and bath towels are furnished.
WINTER RATES: PEAK SEASON: Thanksgiving, Christmas-New Year, Spring Break - $350/night
SUMMER RATES AND LOW PEAK SEASON: $275.00/night
DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF RESERVATIONS- earlier the better $400.00 (low peak season) or $600 (peak season)
The fee for cleaning is $80. Please make a separate check payable to Carla Slade, the housekeeper, and leave it on the kitchen counter when you leave.
